A client contacted me regarding a website he was having difficulty with that was built with Wordpress. I took the clients layout re-designed it completely, and added some amazing functionality for example the Topics Page. I created several categories for each topic and created a category listing page that randomly displays two pages for that category. I also used Aweber to create a Newsletter that allows users to download a free e-book. I also added several custom widgets so that the client can edit any of the banners to accommodate their advertising needs in the future. I also created a dynamic footer so that the most recent post shows displays when the page loads. I also added a current tweets section which lists what people are talking about on twitter related to the topics the website owner discusses in this case weight loss, muscle mass and diet. I also implemented a Facebook like badge that displays their current activity on their FB page and displays thumbnail images of all their fans/friends.
