s3 Simple Security Solutions
Photoshop (X)HTML CSS Javascript PHP
S3 had previously built their site using Go Daddy software and was in desperate need to improve the overall look and functionality of their website. I created a layout using Photoshop. I than converted the Photoshop file by using slicing techniques and created a pixel perfect xHTML and CSS layout.
For SEO reasons I did not want to use images as my main source of fonts however I did not want to loose the beautiful custom fonts I created in Photoshop so I used a jQuery plugin for cufon fonts. I also used JQuery plugins for the image slider on the main/home page along with JavaScript in the contact form for form validation. The website displays beautifully in all browsers along with smart devices.
I used php to organize files with includes to make revisions and edits a piece of cake, also I used php to send the contact information to the clients business email address. Great project and lots of fun.
